Endolift

Minimally Invasive

Reshaping from Within

Endolift is a sophisticated, minimally invasive laser treatment designed to rejuvenate the face from beneath the surface where true transformation begins.

Through a hair-fine fibre gently introduced beneath the skin, controlled laser energy is delivered to the subcutaneous layers, stimulating collagen and remodelling fat with remarkable precision. The result is a naturally lifted, firmer, and more defined profile without surgery.

Unlike superficial devices, Endolift works deep within the fibro-septal network-the skin’s internal scaffolding, tightening and contracting these very structures that give the face its shape and support.

Each treatment takes around 45–60 minutes under local anaesthesia, with minimal downtime. Mild swelling may occur, but most patients return to normal activity the next day. Over the following months, collagen renewal continues, revealing progressive tightening and refinement.

Endolift is ideal for:
• Defining the jawline and lower face
• Lifting the midface
• Contouring and debulking the under-chin area
• Softening malar bags

It can also be artfully combined with collagen boosters, fillers, or resurfacing to refine, maintain, and enhance long-term results for a holistic approach to sculpting from within.

How It Compares: Ultherapy, Thermage, Facetite, and Morpheus8

There are many technologies marketed as non-surgical lifts. Some are effective within limits. Others fall short. Here’s how they compare:

  • Ultherapy uses ultrasound to heat tissue from the outside in. It reaches the SMAS layer, but cannot shape fat or remodel fibroseptal structures. Results are very subtle comparing to Endolift, and the treatment can be painful. Some patients report minimal visible change. Selection of the right candidate is vital.

  • Thermage uses radiofrequency to heat superficial tissue, and depth and precision are limited. It can offer some improvement in mild laxity, but tends to fall short for moderate ageing changes. Multiple sessions are often required, and results can be very subtle.

  • Facetite is a more aggressive alternative that uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis via internal cannula. Effective for fat reduction and skin tightening, but comes with increased swelling, bruising, and longer downtime. It often requires sedation and post-op compression garments.

  • Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. It delivers heat through coated needles into the dermis, stimulating collagen and tightening skin. While it improves surface texture and modestly firms tissue, it doesn’t reshape deeper facial architecture. Multiple sessions are usually required. Downtime can include swelling, redness, and pinpoint bruising, especially at higher settings.

Why Endolift ?

Endolift sits uniquely between the purely superficial and the surgically invasive. It delivers structural, anatomical changes, not just superficial tightening. For patients who want refinement without looking “done,” and who value elegant, medically driven results, Endolift as the optimal bridge between surgical facelift and non surgical options, offers a rare combination: precision, subtlety, and impact.
